This soothing blend for a sitz bath or soaking bath includes the healing herbs Chamomile Flower, Calendula Flower, Comfrey Leaf, Lavender Flowers, Yarrow Flower, Shepherd’s Purse, Uva Ursi Leaf, and Dead Sea Salt in a muslin bag.

NEIDS recommends adding the small sachet directly to a shallow Sitz bath or the larger sachet to a soaking bath. You can also steep any sachet in hot water for 15 minutes, like tea, and add the herbal water to the bath. Keep extra herbal bath water in a jar in the refrigerator for future use.
